Is a good example of a diet. You should have no problem with your height weight following the bulking suggestion whilst keeping fat off.

been concentraing on my neck this last month, its slightly getting wider and my shoulders are joining the neck higher, no major improvement but enough that people have noticed. Inbetween gym sessions sunday/friday if been doing bicep curls of 65lbs, used to struggle 6 reps of this a few months ago but now can be done with ease, going to increase the amount, no real improvement in size the bicep, although my forearms are getting alot bigger. Also started using Garrilas training regime.
