Default My Cutting Journal

I am potentially taking part in a modelling show in Feb so I'm doing 8 weeks very strict cutting beginning today and I'm going 2 see where I am from there. The show is topless so have to be ripped to shreds.

Anyways stats

5 ft 7.5
weight 180 pounds

bf estimation around 10%

want around 7% without too much weightloss


Training

I will be training as intensely as I always do only change is instead of of 2 days on 1 day off heavy weights every third dayu will be a circuit training half weights day. Something like 8 sets weights 35 mins circuits.

Supps

2 weeks ECA 2 weeks Clen 2 Weeks ECA 2 Weeks Clen

from start of week 3 will also be running Melting point and AV sesathin. So Cramps here I come.

Also multi vit
Vit B
EFA
VPX CEX
taurine for cramps
and Obviously Whey powder

Diet.

Ridiculously strict. As always. Hoping somewhere in the region of 300g protein 350g carbs 80g fats for first 4 weeks and then see how I feel.

carefully with clen, it will strip you to the bone very quickly, it is not as anti catabolic as people assume.

Yeah I know mate I don't know who came up with the anti catabolic crap. Yeah Iv'e ran it before try to keep calories up on it

No doubt Tom will be ridiculous by showtime - see if you can do some kind of pose that matches nick's waistcoat pose for gayness... would be impressive.

seems me and you are going our different ways now tom ! you aiming for realistically 172lbs ish 7% BF, me aiming for 225lbs 15% BF in the next few months !

But I don't like the thought of being 40 pounds down on you Jesus.

Imagine the gap in deadlift which already stands at a good 32.5 kg

Yeah unfortunately this log died flat on its head due to the fact that I have so much uni work right now its ridiculous. I am so swamped I barely have the time to train in all honesty.
However I will be keeping a full and detailed cutting log for USP labs starting on the 30th which I will post here also.
Diet been ok but very difficult to fit in. I never cheat very much obviously however eating every 3 hours can be a problem and obviously my degree is far more important.
