| Under Construction | today we did running we did half mile and 40 yard dash I Got 1/2 Mile : 2:48 40 yard dash: 4.50 , 4.51, 4.49 Tomorrow we do incline bench. we will do bench incline bench pussh ups and pull ups and sit ups and squat and power clean and i think stiff legged dead lift. I will keep u informed this lasts over the next week or so.
