| Under Construction | RJ, ive had problems with my knees also mate, at first i was doing squats with free weights which made my knee make a ripping sound, now i use the squat 'machine' at a gym, im not sure what difference it makes, but by using this my knees have been fine ever since. sean ______________________ http://www.glcforum.com/forums/uploa...7_57_35415.jpg |
