| Under Construction | Hello there I started training seriousley about 6 months ago In the last month or so i have slacked loads, lost my gym membership and my car. But as soon as im back in the black i want to return to a weight trainign routine. Anyway in the time i was training my shoulders and upper back bulked up well, my pecs are much more defined and with a bit more training i could have a 6-pack on the way. Ive also put on about a stone in weight which is rising quite fast still. BUT! my arms....they havent grown at all, infact i think they have shrunk by about 1cm. so, recently i bought a chinning bar and i do have some weights at home but very limited. Does anyone know what ive been doing wrong and how i can put it right? i dont want to be bulky but have arms like twigs. thanks ______________________ http://groups.msn.com/YourBodyYourTemple |

| Making Progress | everybody has a bodypart or parts which respond quicker to weight training than others, the likelyhood is that your arms are your weak point. you should train them first to put priority on them, also what do they measure at the min? ______________________ more than ya average joe |

| Under Construction | At the min they are only 31cm (about 12 inches) but i measured them before many months ago at 32cm. At the moment, i dont have a routine but im making a new one...while doing this im still doing bodyweight exercises. Mainly press ups and chin ups. So when i make my new routine, should i concentrate primarily on the arms? ______________________ http://groups.msn.com/YourBodyYourTemple |
