Today Workout : Deadlift : 9x1x145kg, 1x149kg A good workout I tried conventional style. I still don't know which style is the most suited to me. Sumo seems safer. I didn't do Curl today because I'll change my split and do the Front Squat with the Deadlift and Curls with Bench press. The Front Squat doesn't hurt my lower back but I have to clean the barbell and the clean (with my bad technique) is hard on my lower back. |

My best performances were 1x70+58kg on chins and 1x70+61 on (full) Dips. Unfortunotely thoses exercises are really poor exercises compared to Deadlift and Bench Press so I wasted a lot of time. I missed workouts last week but I continue : Bench Press : 10x1x81kg (I decrease a little bit the weight because I had hard time to recover with 87-88kg) Strict Curls : 8x44kg (to failure and little pauses after the 5-6 reps) Saturday I'll do deadlift and Front Squat. I'll also increase the weight slower, 1kg on deadlift (insteed of 2) and 0.5kg on bench press insteed of 1. |
