Google it - they are similar, but generally performed on the floor.

Training went really well today

Shoulders and legs.

Seated dumbell shoulder presses- x4
Side lateral raises - superset with smith machine wide grip upright rows - x4
barbell shoulder press (heavy).....(for me)... x1

One legged squats on smith machine- x4
leg extensions- x4
seated calf raises- x4

Like i said , training went well . Energy felt good and i felt a bit stronger than the other day .
Also added maltodextrin to my protien shakes post and pre training as advised by RAZ ,probably the reason energy was up.

On a final note i started the M1T yesterday, ill be taking 2 a day for the first week and then up-ing it up to three for the next 2 weeks . Hopefully this will help utilise the protien more since my carbs are low

Sounds good, but i'd add 2 things here:

Dextrose is a far higher quality carb than maltodextrin (well, maltodextrin is dextrose polymers of varying lengths) - this is what attributes to its slightly lower GI and much worse taste - dextrose would definately be better.

Secondly, if you're on anabolics, surely you want to just eat as much as possible and maximize gains? It doesnt seem logical to me to do low carbs.

Yeah i agree totaly and is what iv always done in the past while on M1t but since im tryin to lose bodyfat i need to keep the carbs low .The purpose of the M1t is just to help keep as much muscle as i can and to get a good pump to help the nutrients get to the muscle a wee bit better .

Have i got this totaly wrong and am i wasteing my time with the M1t?

p.s savers do a box of dextrose for 99p so ill pick some up with the shopping today.

Today was a disaster didnt get to eat any meals today due to the fact i wrecked 600 of company equipment. My bosses were called in to shoe my ass .
Thought i might have been pushing it a wee bit if i turned round and said " is it ok to grab some lunch now and you can continue shouting later".

Hopefull the storm will have cleared by tomorrow and i can do tonights session tomorrow.

Might get to eat lunch if i dont destroy any more equipment.

Due to work commitments i had to miss mon , tues so im doing Wed,Thurs ,Fri instead this week . Shouldnt hold me back any.

Anyhow i trained Chest and tris today

Dips x4 (wide)
flat bench x4
incline flys x4

pushdowns x4
overhead rope extensions x4

all excercises felt good except bench press , still not gettin anywhere near where i was before, my bench has always been sh1te but now its just plain laughable , oh well .

It might just be in my head but i think iv dropped some of the weight in my face .

Diet is still same as above , although im seriously thinking about dropping my carbs even further after next week . Probably only 1 oatcake with meals and only a small salad .If i do this ill up my protien a little

I will post weekly now for the next 3 weeks to conclude this log .
I was away on work at the end of lasr week so i couldnt post .

At the moment iv lost a quarter stone so im quite pleased as i still have 3 weeks left on my current training plan . The best bit is iv done almost no cardio and my strenght is up.

I start proper cardio work this week wich will include 20 mins after training on Mon-Wed-Fri and 45 mins tues-thurs , so hopefully i can get down to around 14 stone

Training is goin well .

I will post proper figures at the end of the week.

If you dislike cardio try HIIT - it's significantly less boring due to the crazy intensity peaks, and it will speed up your metabolic rate (burn cals for free).

Another thing ive noticed since doing it 5-6 days/week on my cut is that my recovery times are awesome. Following even the hardest set, my heart rate/breathing stabilize very fast, it's quite handy.
