| Under Construction Join Date: Sep 2004 Posts: 14 Rep Power: ![]() | Hi guys i'm about to start my first M1T cylce today Weighed myself to day and wiegh 15 stone flat... 15/12/04 Breakfast - porridge, bagel & light cream cheese, protein shake. 1xM1T 1xMilk Thistle Snack 1 - Protein shake and almonds i'll try and keep it up to date, should help me with my eating if i'm showing everyone help me get enough protein and good carbs.... thanks guys [/b] |

| Under Construction Join Date: Sep 2004 Posts: 14 Rep Power: ![]() | 16/12/04 trained my legs today felt much more powerful and explosive, not sure if its in the head as it is only my second day.... didn't mention it yesterday but i trained my arms and shoulder didn't really notice any different, in fact wasn't as good as usual Breakfast3 egg whites 1 yoke on to piece of wholemeal bread and a bowl of cereal snack 1protein shack and almonds lunchchicken breast in a roll snack 2protein shack teachicken breast with rice sauce and veggies snack 3 protein shack |

| Under Construction Join Date: Sep 2004 Posts: 14 Rep Power: ![]() | 16/12/04 trained my legs today felt more powerful and exlposive not sure if its the m1t or my head trained arms and shoulders yesterday normal work out 3x white and 1 yoke 2xwholemeal bread and protein shake protein shake and almonds chicken breast in a roll (trained) 2 x protein shake after training chicken breast sauce rice veggies protein shake |
