Default Decided Im gona do a Journal

Thought this was an appropriate a time as any seen as i start reloading on Creatine tomo and start NO2 which I have never done b4. Plus figure I have set goals for summer in relation to strength increases and weight and hopefully by keeping a journal it wil help me achieve these as I wil be able to monitor myself far better. And its alot more interesting this way on musclechat than just writing it myself bcoz im sure all u lot will help me out.

Anyway for my part weight is 11 stone 8 age 20 height 5 9

key lifts are
bench 115kg
shoulder press 40 kg dumbells
sqaut 150kg (4 reps)
Deadlifts - cant really do them at the moment been having trouble with my lower back 4 a while can just about manage squats but hurts day later should really rest it 4 a while but **** that bcoz ive never been more entusiastic about bodybuilding and its gradually getting better anyway hopefully in a few weeks wil be back to normal.

By summer hope to bench 135kg+
want weight to be around 13 stone after bulking above this then cutting.

Supplements are
Creatine (Prolab monohydrate), glutamin (reflex) multi vitamins, aminos,cod liver oil and NO2 (maximuscle) oh and obviously whey protein (dymatize, Syntrax isomatrix, On whey i mix them get bored of constant 1 flavour)

Will list my diet to a point althou time consuming will probably just say how personally good I thought it was if my progress isnt as good as I think it should be wil start listing it to c what u guys think.

Anyway chest and Tris tomo. Will try to keep this as updated as I can whilst juggling my degree and everything else.

Early morning gym session went pretty wel 150kgs 8 reps sqauts athe end of decent chest ok tri day. Althou i did nearly ****ing kill unstable nearly fell 1st attempt at 150 would have if Nick wasnt such a good spotter so think il stick to around 130kg for a while maybe 120kg and really concentrate on form. Althou im sure by the time i come to do squats again this will be all out the window.

Oh in my opinion and I know its only day 1 and i hope im proved wrong but NO2 does **** all. Was not happy with way i looked today at all but just being paranoid I think. Anyway shoulders and bis if i feel ok tomo and probably even if i dont

Not a bad day did biceps and a bit of circuit training diet was generally good althou not brilliant. Got a great pump from N02 or maybe i just did anyway. Vids of squats on site and considering MIT

Wicked gym day smashed my shoulders most ive done 4 ages. Really concentrated on form on the lighter exercises upright rows at 40kg side laterals with the 12.5 etc. But got 6 really good reps out on shoulder press with the 37.5s kg so thought **** it now or never with the 40's ****ing did it aswel. Not only that but got 2 proper reps out and a shit one with a spotter. Diet been absolutely spot on aswel. 4 shakes 4 meals 2 early ones with brown rice and vegetables. all chicken or turkey.

Wicked day oh and had the most amazing pump in the gym but still think N02 is shit. Anyway day off wel kinda tomo got a footie match 6 games six wins so far this season so hopefully 7 out of 7 tomo.

made it seven out of seven still top of the league obviously scored a wicked goal today aswel. Eating been really good aswel back and legs tomo but going out tonite and will probably get ****ed but hey vodka lime and soda water and vodka and orange will have to be the way 4ward i guess. Bt hey it is my mates bday we won the football and its the last week of uni so not too bothered plus wil do a bit to pump up b4 i go out.

Does any1 else do this or is it only me thats that vain. Do a bit of press ups bicep curls b4 i get in the shower. Scary - im such a ****ing pretty boy need to fix up look sharp used to hate ppl like that. 8)

i used to tom, dont bother anymore,look pumped all the time now anyway, missus says shes gonna pop me with a needle and let me down

nothing wrong with it mate, thats why we bdybuild anyway to look different from the norm.

go for it, yeah the spirits are much better than the beer,dont feel bloated and shit.

thursday back and legs went really wel eating not been amzing from wednesday to be honest I think. been out twice and not sleeping properly ah wel.

Squats 5 sets arse to floor 120kg 6 reps was heaviest set
deadlifts first time in ages so only did 80 kg (back problems) but just really happry could do them at all.
lat pulldown 5 sets between 70 kg and 100kg
t bar row machine thing 5 sets up to 70kg 6 reps
seated calf raise machine 5 sets

Chest and tris in 20 mins

not a bad day pleased with myself for even going to be honest had a very up and down day 3 hours sleep walk of shame at 8 this morning and very hungover (was last day of uni term yday)

chest and tris lifting nothing special due to lack of sleep didnt train all that hard but wasnt a bad day.

missed sunday and monday essays and then moving back home for christmas. Did Tuesday shoulders and biceps pretty good day and then Wednesday back and legs not bad. Im at a shit gym for a few weeks though at home so not impressed.

Gonna do a cardio day today eating been really good but sheer volume of it is scary im increasing so much feel like such a fat bastard i know this is one of the points of bulking to put on as much as possible but i cant wait to start cutting starting on clen 2 weeks ECA stack 2 weeks then Clen 2 weeks on Jan 10th. I know i shouldnt cut now but i hate being fat.(probably just in my head i know) then gonna bulk for 6 weeks and cut again 4 summer depending on how i look after my cut then bulk.
