Default steves new updated journal(weekly)

hi all,

i,m gonna be running a new weekly journal for anyone to look at if they are interested.

i have recently started training back at the gym,with a new training partner.

lifts are going well,training is going well.

currently weigh 16 stone 2. and am bulking to about 19 - 20 stone hopefully .

had a good squat and leg session yesterday,

performed the following exercises and lifts.

all lifts are in kg

squats...

bar x 10
60 x 10
100 x 8
140 x 8
180 x 6

all deep,ass to the floor

leg press

200 x 10
300 x 8
370 x 6

thigh raises

65 x 10
85 x 8
105 x 6

hamstring curls

25 x 8
50 x 6


i,m pretty pleased with my squats,i want 190kg for 6 next week.

had a very good week,

200kg for 6 reps on the squats yesterday,

and pulled 250kg deadlift on monday,

bodyweight 16 stone 3.

things are going good again.

ok upto about 16 stone 6 now, 230lbs

good lifts this week on back day,

deadlifts 220kg x 4 reps without dropping the weight each rep, so 1 rep max must be about 260kg now,

and upright rows went well aswell.

max weight was 70 kg times 6 reps, all very good form.

diet is spot on , ive swapped over to pasta just recently and it seems to be working well.

yeah i will get this back on track, i swapped my carbs to pasta for a while, but been back on rice for ages now.

things are going good, with training. almost back upto 17 stone, and getting plenty of second looks.

will update soon
