well done mate,it looks very good

i thought id post a reply like this as i didnt want to ruin the layout.

not bad lifts either,whats the target bodyweight u want to cut 2?

I dont mind posts on the journal thread as advice would be helpful if anyone has any pointers, it is there to help me aswell as give you guys something to read upon.

My initial target was 13st but i think i can go a little better, must keep working hard though
