This website draws the list of the best french benchpress athletes of all times, and keeps it updated after each meet. This is a huge project for it both implies scanning all bench results involving french athletes as well as scanning former federation results taken out of dusty archives. The ranking rules are as follows: - From the heavies to the lightest bar (150kg minimum - under referee supervision of course). - in case of similar performance, the lightest athlete comes out first. - in case of both similar performance and similar bodyweight, the oldest athlete comes out first. This ranking is available online both in PDF format as well as in html-browsable database. For the time being, more than 1200 benchers found their name on it. A huge project, supported by the French IPF branch: http://www.club150kg-dc.fr There are also thousands of other things worth being seen: a compelte analysis of muscle contraction, wallpapers, 1RM calculators with 13 simultaneous equations results, news, etc. enjoy ! Fabien. |
