Thanks very much everybody. DB Im up for that, cant wait to have a beer (lol)....

Im back in the gym now, training raw and just sticking to the basics....
Feel good at the moment, Im back to box squating raw with a narrow stance (ouch)!! My hams and glutes have been suffering. Same with bench press, 6 sets wide grip, then 3 sets with a closer grip (elbows tucked right in)....
Deadlifts Ive dropped back down ready to start a new cycle, hit 240kgs raw for 5 reps, worked up to that with 5 warm up sets.

Hey nick buddy, just noticed your post.

lifts from the comp:

squat 330kgs bench press 200kgs deadlift 310kgs

The venue was really good, but the lifting equipment e.g platform, bars and warm up area not of the best standard.
