The ad said for 80 - 100kgs and i'm 94kg so i suppose i'm on the upper end of the spectrum. Perhaps i'll fit into it better in about -14lbs time. should be fun when i do finally get into it though !! Pull them past your elbows, then get the shirt over the top of your head. Pull the front of the collar down, then pull your belt tight.
