Default I bought a bench shirt on ebay

Just for a laugh i bidded and won on this:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...MEWA%3AIT&rd=1

Had a first attempt to get it on today, but nowhere near ! thing i think is too small, or maybe i'm not grasping how tight it has to be !

The ad said for 80 - 100kgs and i'm 94kg so i suppose i'm on the upper end of the spectrum.

Perhaps i'll fit into it better in about -14lbs time.

should be fun when i do finally get into it though !!

30 pounds, a bargain if you can get it on

Be interesting to see how much your press goes up.

But isn't it meant to be exceedingly tight like a Victorian corset?

Get yourself wedged into it lad

Get your mates to pull it on you. Start with the arms... Pull them past your elbows, then get the shirt over the top of your head. Pull the front of the collar down, then pull your belt tight. Use a wide grip as you will get more out of the shirt and will get a weight to touch.
