Its run by some really nice guys who would be very helpfull if you got in touch. www.extremenutrition.co.uk ______________________ www.extremenutrition.co.uk - 25% OFF FOR ALL MC MEMBERS, discount code MCD25. www.betterbodies.uk.com Seriously cheap sports nutrition! I myself am pretty good at armwrestling but i always have been from an early age, i armwrestled guy around 7 years ago who came second in GB competition and i beat him 2-1 i was about 13 stone and he was around 38 stone. |

The pecs seem to tighten alot and shoulder and bicep. There must be a way of replicating the action using cables, and bulding up strength that way...? |

| Making Progress | competed many years ago at arm wrestling at a reasonable level...the main thing i learned was that you need to be strong in the whole arm from hand to shoulder, obviously the weak part is the elbow joint and most injuries occur in this area, strong tendons help as do large hands...but more important than all of this is technique and timing...,it is a very complex sport that is about so much more than strength, but of course it helps ! ______________________ im forever blowing bubbles pretty bubbles in the air they fly so high, nearly reach the sky then like my dreams they fade and die |
