Not found my max yet, always adding 1Kg on every week. Currently up to 75 Kg. Trying to hit 100Kg for Xmas time. (Oh, this is barbell curls with the EZ bar. I can't use a straight bar, it's too painful on the forearms).

ok but how good are those 'curls' ?
any ming mong can swing up a big weight, but that won't make your bi's grow.

good form. ever do them with your back flat against a wall ? keep your arse and yor traps in contact with the wall ALL the way through each rep and keep your elbows touching your sides. i like to do these every now and then to further stress the bi's.i don't need as much weight as you use though, but my bi's respond well.

Anyone tried doing them with there elbows pulled back and kept in that posistion, it gives the bi isolation.

I love the squeze it gives.

like bodyworks said its all about form, you can go heavy but are you directly hitting the bicep and nothing else? everyone wants big biceps, its very common for guys and (girls) to overtrain them, and is probably why the progress is slow in growth for a lot of us, if your training biceps make sure its them and them only, cut down on the poundage and feel the diffirence.go forth.!!

I agree. I only curl 40kg for 4 reps, but arms are one of my best bodyparts!
