Default whats everyones upright row strength?

we had the shoulder press one and the bench press

how much do you guys upright row?

there should be some good numbers here

my best is 80kg for 6 reps

im terrified of these now as messed my back up doing too heavy with bad form was off training for a month. My best used to be about 60 for 4 reps. Dont tend to do above 50 now but for like 10 reps. Just dont wanna do too heavy weight on them.

my best is 100 kg on the log and 180 kg on the bench press. my sticking point at moment.

dont normally do upright rows but i got 7 with 90kg

my deadlift is shit though i'm only upto 200kg for 2. been stuck at this for ages. been shaping up though recently so lost a little strengh.
