| Under Construction Join Date: Feb 2005 Location: cannock ( staffs ) Posts: 24 Rep Power: ![]() | can anyone help me i'm 5'9 and 260 lbs. i'm training for strongman comps but want some decent shape as well. i know the best of both worlds. problem is i'm struggling on my diet. can anyone give me a diet routine that will allow me to keep as much strengh as i can but shape up as well. i've got 3 months and feel i need to lose about 2 stone. jase........ ______________________ obsessed is a term used by the lazy to decribe the dedicated. |

| Join Date: Dec 2003 Posts: 0 Rep Power: ![]() | man if you lose 2 stone your gonna lose strength, i,ll come back to this post on the diet for you as have to go out now, do you have your carbs early in the day? also what is your current diet like? how much protein carbs etc you intake daily cheers |

| Under Construction Join Date: Feb 2005 Location: cannock ( staffs ) Posts: 24 Rep Power: ![]() | steve my diet at moment is like this 5.30 corn flakes semi skimmed milk 9.00 tin of tuna fish with low fat salad cream 11.00 protien drink 12.30 2 baked potatoes with beans or bowl of pasta with dolmio sause 3.00 2 bananas 4.15 training till 5.45 6.00 pm protien drink 7.00 pm what ever the misses cooks ( we never have fried foods of take ways in the week. other supplements i take are 1 ptotien powder ( twicw a day ) 2 multi mineral tabs ( with protien ) 3 milk thistle ( before bed ) 4 gloucosamine tabs ( before bed ) 5 amino acids 4 thirty mins before training then 4 after training ______________________ obsessed is a term used by the lazy to decribe the dedicated. |
