| Thought Gary's thread of shoulders and triceps were really interesting so whats everyones 1 rep max bench press. Im 20 5 foot 9 11 stone 8 mines 110kg totally natural so not bad not great but hopefully wana be at bout 130kg atleast by summer. | |

At present i'm doing 3 sets of 120kg for reps of 10 flat bench, 3 sets of 100kg for 10 reps incline bench or 96lbs dumbells for 3 sets of 10 reps. Current weight 14 stone 10. |
