Mine is around 350 pounds. don't know how that compares to stones or kgs or that stuff (I know, damn americans) but that is what I am at right now. Like swole said, hope to be increasing soon.

2.25 lb = 1 kg
so your max in kg would be about 155.5kg

and for future references, 1 stone = 14 lbs

At present my bench maximum for 1 rep is 157KG

I want to be able to bench this for 10 reps in the next 3 months or less.

hi tom, i`m 26 now, don`t know my current max but i once did as a dare from my then training partner bench press 210 kgs for 3 reps at 23 years old and a bodyweight of 14 stone. have torn my pec since then so i train differently now but reckon i could do more. not TOO natural these days if i`m honest though.
