Default Need Help training 4 strength

I've been training for about 4 years and have put on decent size, my problem is I want to improve my strength.
At the mo'
Height-6ft
Weight-14st
Bench-100kg (inc olympic bar)
Squat-140kg
Deadlift-140kg

I have been stuck on these weigts for a long time. How should i be training for raw strength?
Pls help.

Take the bench. Warm up and do the sets as usual. At the end after a wee rest go for 1RM (1 rep max's) If u do 100 kg for reps try 120 kgs for 1 rep. Each week increase this. Dont do too many as there is an injury risk. Every other week is good. It really is more of a confidence thing IMO.

how many reps you doing on 140kg on squats and deadlifts?

after being away from the gym for a week coz of going on holiday the other day i managed to raise my deadlift weight to an extra 10kg now i lift 40 insted of 20 kg its weird lol but gd oveously lol
