| Making Progress | Hi mate 3 words...AG ON Y... need to look at the dictionary i think again! Farmers walk from what I have heard can seriously damage the shoulders, I'd be careful about that mate. | Join Date: Dec 2003 Posts: 0 Rep Power: ![]() | welcome to the musclechat board mick horwood hello mate 180 kg thats alot of weight mate, im upto walking with 140 kg in each hand so aint doing to bad. my bodyweight is 16 stone 4. i wouldnt mind walking with the 180kgs do u do alot of strongman training? if so u got any good tips for the log lift i tend to be strugling on this abit cheers steve |
