| Making Progress | First of all a big welcome joeparian. Always good to have new people joining the forums. Might I suggest that you look at the beginners section of the front page. In there are a few areas you can look at. Alternatively you can click here: http://www.musclechat.co.uk/viewforu...18ee3991686571 Try looking at NEW STARTER NEEDS ADVICE, there is quite a lot there. Best of luck and dont hesitate to ask, as we are here to help! ______________________ "Living life at 18stone 10lbs is painful. Losing weight is a challenge. | Under Construction | hiya im a student at college and work part time. However i dont really have the time and the funds to go to the gym at the moment. Im quite physically able as i can do 60 pushups straight. however i wanna get really strong and big. I heard that isometrics and self resistance are very good for getting strong and getting big. since i dont have any weights at my disposal at the moment i would welcome any advice and ideas thanks a lot |
