Smile I could do with some help please....

Hi everyone,

Basically, im looking for a bit of critique and some ideas and help on certain areas i would like to get some defintion into.

Theres a few photos here (all upper body, im pretty happy with my legs and feel that they are proportion to the rest of my body, so im going to keep working on.)

Sooo...One area im not too fond of is the circled red parts in the photos, (i only circled it in two of the photos, but you can see the same areas in all of the photos.) I want to get the "inverted triangle torso look" (a bit of slang there) and as you can see from the photos (mainly the back ones) im getting there, however, im not happy about these slight bulges at the sides of my hips (red areas) as they kind of distort the image im trying to show. The problem is, is that you cant really see them in these photos, but hopefully you know what i mean?

So has anyone got ideas of what i could do to rid these horrible things (honestly, they are the only thing i really hate about my body). Any exercises that would bulk the other muscles to make the "bulges" seem smaller? or should i cut some carbs?

The second thing which doesnt bother me half as much as the first is that im looking for more defintion on my pecks, they almost seem to lose al defintion on the outer part of my peck (the part that leads up towards my armpit and is circled in green). Any ideas of how to emphasize this area?

Thanks, sorry for writing an essay and i hope i haven't sounded like a right idiot.

Matt

dont be too harsh looks like its only a bit of water and a small amount of fat that is bothering you, id suggest drinking more water maybe 4 ltrs a day, and also id try getting rid of the carbs past 2.30pm. if your worried about the chest tie in to the shoulder you should do some db flyes and some incline db presses that should sort your problem out mate

Just what I was about to say.

Dude - you're skinny, but carrying some fat. So you have the option to make yourself skinnier (why?) or add some muscle and look to loose some fat at the same point.

Clean your diet up. Train hard. Do some cardio.
