Default My newbie pics

Hey people,
Took a few pics of myself as i've literally just started training. Really took these pictures for my own personal progression diary, but thought it might give me a bit of motivation (or demotivation, depending on your comments lol) if I post them on the forum for you lot to scrutinize.
Sorry if the pics are too big - computers aren't my strong point!

mainly your lower back/sides that need work bud.
i wouldnt personally worry about losing Bf cos your lean everywhere else.
i`ve found that concentrating on deads and putting some muscle on your lower back will reshape the area nicely.
one of the dudes i train looked very similar and changed noticably within 3 months of training..

I was hoping someone would comment on my lower back and flabby sides/waiste area, so well done!! They're the areas that I dislike the most, but wasn't sure whether that was just me over analyzing.

nah its quite a common shape for an ecto.
cleaning your diet up will help too of course, but with all the added activity i still wouldnt go down the route of trying to cut BF.

Anyone elses thoughts. I have naturally wide hips you think I can square them off by deading Cal? I'd love it if that were true

well i`m not talking specifically about wide hips but the fat area over the sides, but yeah i reckon the principal is the same.
with one you want to change the compostion of the area and as the muscles builds up dependent on cardio and diet the BF should come down too.
too fill up wide hips you gotta put muscle onto that area too....
wide shoulders would for sure help how your lower back/hips would look.(ive actually got quite a thick waist which is why i usually twist roundin my pics

which is why i usually twist roundin my pics - Yep all my pics are slightly twisted for the same reason. Cheers for response. I just worry that building muscle there will only worsen the problem.
