Maby get some spotter stands for when your benching alone (I have them there ace).

Im guess thats a standard 1" diamater weight set..

If you find you like the iorn you should get the olympic set, the ball bearings in the collars of the bar realy help your lifts and stops shoulder torking on the over head lifts.
