Mate, legs are hard work but as u don't normally do them, i'm sure you'll notice the changes pretty rapidly.

Ok first things first why are you watching deal or no deal?

Ok really I just dont get that show as it makes no sense!

More importantly! Squats and Leg Press! The sizemgrowem exercises! With rediculous amounts of food!

and i dont wanna be hearing about this twice a month working out, 4 times a month thats how much!

They're not so bad just need training properly. When you do you'll be 12stone muscle man.

Train them every week at your stage I'd choose a basic compund as the main stay either back squats or leg press, do full reps and work on no less than 6 reps and no more than 12. Then something basic like leg curl and leg extensions 4 sets each 8-12 reps. Work calf muscles at least twice a week, they respond well to super sets and giant sets.

fair play mate dead easy to post up your best muscle groups.

Good luck with the legs 11st, mine were about as bad and looked really out of proportion considering I was weighing in at over 110kg (over 17st), I looked like a potato on ****tail sticks.

Also worth mentioning is not to forget your calves!
