Default My progress

From January when I began till last week, I must admit I havent been sticking to my regime properly. could of gotten alot bigger if I didnt go on nights out as much. However Im going to focus on it solid for a few months when my gym reopens when University begins...

You need food like Burma needs democracy.

Just eat everything and realy work hard in the gym. Dont worry so much about the overall calloires just get at least 300g of protien in you per day any way you can with a ton of carbs and your pile on the mass.

Then after a 3-5 years diet down and your have what you want.

Im sure what most people get wrong is not eating enough. If you eat and work hard with sleep you will grow its inevitable. You just need to aply yourself in the gym & in the kitchen.

you have narrow structure so any muscle is going to look good on a light boned individual.

I wouldnt go with the lean bulk idea, its nice in theory but if your in uni you have more important things to think about (like girls) than micro manageing your diet.

Anyway best of luck with the training and I hope you get what you want!

as the other guys have said, make sure you consume more calories than you burn off.
