| Going Big! Join Date: Jul 2008 Posts: 271 Rep Power: ![]() | Well everything looks like its coming along. What do you do for chest and how is your form? The reason I ask is because from the looks of your pics you are a shoulder bencher. I had the same problem before I corrected my form due to some advice from a strength coach in my gym. I was using alot of shoulders when I benched. It also always made my shoulder joints hurt after a solid chest day, which I knew should not be happening. As soon as I fixed my form and switched strictly to dumbbell benches I started to see my chest swell. Just my opinion and hopefully you dont take anything the wrong way here.
