I do have abs,,,but i want them to show thru..no matter what i do...they just wont show,,,,this is what i want the most....

I do core exercises
crunches using weights
leg raises

i do have abs but i think i need to loose some bodyfat for them to show thru naturally

i jog round my local park( Victoria Park) once a week
about 3 times round which takes about 1 hour

More cardio than that if you want your abs out

HIIT post training, and daily walking.
