shane mate you have an awesome physique!!! id kill to look like that!! damn ive got alot of fkin years in the gym ahead of me! really cant say how impressed i am!

adam if ur listening i really dont think those pics do you justice.. angles arent great.. neither is the lighting... but looking at the inner lower part of your chest its obvious you were in fantastic nick! the separation of the chest is brill!!

looking at those pics just highlights the mistake i made the final week. i'll learn, hopefully. oh, and i need to stop training calves, they're getting out of control.
Adam looks the business. that fella has gained 16lbs of muscle in a year, and put it where he needs it. next time he's on stage, he'll not be beat. the guy is as determined and dedicated as they come, and on top of that, a genuinely good guy who deserves all the glory that's coming his way.

have to say this, on stage later that day, i was mistaken for wade stafford by two people. my OWN MOTHER, and Rach's mum.

don't see it myself, no offence to Wade...

haha i can see the resemblance now you mention it.. altho your mum shuold not be proud!!

have to make the point that not only are Shane and Rach amazing physiques.. but their gym BODYWORKS seems to churn out some amazing competitors, ive not seen one yet that i have not been impressed by!

we work them hard lee, they may call us all the names under the sun at the time when there dieting. but afterwards they know why were hard on them.

Shane awesome - what can I say if only one day I can look half that good!

I'd agree with Lee Adam looked very good at the UK and hell of an improvement from the NE earlier in the year!

Where's your gym?
