Finally got some pics

It has been a few months but I finally got some pics from my show, although i was lucky enough to have some pics that tom took backstage i did not have any from on stage but i got some sent to me today the quality in colour was not that good so i have grey scaled them....

Looking great Paul, awesome seperation in your legs on the side tricep pose. See if you can get May June's copy of body fitness it's probably got shots in from the south west show. July has the NE - while they're Alex's shots and same text as beef there seem to be more photos.

DNS video who where the photographers for the West Britain did not take any pictures as there photographer was ill and they did not send a replacement so for the 2nd year in a row the West Britain has no coverage in the mags, saying that i have sent Alex these pics and asked him to put them in the BEEF hopefully he will....

yes Gary your spot on mate i think i tried to improve to much and ended up being worse.....like you say i will be better next time mate hope you are in good health mate

yeah paul im good mate making progress already for next year . ive promised myself and others that ill be bigger nxt year , so ive got my head on already mate.
