Hi Steve,

Whats your routine and diet?

I'd say you need to get eating and ensure you are working on compound exercises and deadlifting and squatting once a week.

It looks as tho you've made some lean gains and got toned, but now you need to think about bulking

i dont yet have a routine and my diet is crap..

when i started going to the gym i was just going and doing different workouts, not focusing on any specific muscels, which i now know is pointless so im starting to take this more seriously, and am looking for a routine on hear now.. i have recently got a home gym so will be able to work out nearly every day,(well at least monday-friday) what routine do you recomend when i can work out 5 days a week???

and i also do quite a bit of cardioo, so am very lean, do you recomend i stop this to bulk up??

before i didnt have a diet but am trying to go along with this diet now.

morning 8am- 2 scrambled eggs,
break 10.45- sausage rolles or pancakes
lunch time 1pm- chicken fillet with lettace and cheese
dinner time-what ever meal mum cooks:P
work out around 6-7
a tin of tuna after workout (around 30g protein)

im not using any muscle enhancing powders/shakes as i dont think i need them and its not worth the risk having too high a protein diet!!

all suggestions welcome, like i said im a newbie and need help

there is nothing risky about drinking a protein drink before and after workout,,,I suggest you shouldn't train 5 times a week,,,stick to 3 times a weeks, You also need to sort out your diet if you are serious...

thanks for the advice!!! and im starting to sort out my diet, but its hard still being at school:S

and im just going to lift weights mon-wensday-friday now..then some cardio inbetween!!

Monday = shoulders & Biceps
Tuesday = 20 mins jogging
Wensday= Chest & triceps
Thursday= 20 mins jogging
Friday = legs & back
saturday= 15mins on my Abs as i dont want to loose my 4pack

do you think, take for example monday i do all my shoulder workout, then do my biceps workout, or should i work mix them around like do some shoulders, biceps, shoulders, biceps ect??? or will it make any difference?? Thanks Steve!
