^^first week on SIZEON and N.O explode (most recent picture)(march 07)

This is after a year of working out without any heavy supplesments but whey protein. Now iv got my body onto SIZEON and N.O. Explode and I feel great. I see results but not the ones I want. Im trying to achieve a more muscular frame in due time but with my VERY FAST METABOLISM its hard to target these results.




my diet so far consists of:

morning: a milkshake (added in protein and dextrose) and a peanut butter sandwich with a bananna

afternoon: pizza, chicken parmigiana, or some sort of fast food place (i usually work afternoons so my eating options are limited)

noon: before workout: N.O explode
during workout: SIZEON

nights: a BIG meal with a milkshake (added in protein and dextrose)




If anyone has any good suggestions of heavy workout plans, please inform me. thanx

well mate the thing that works for me is lifting less frequently ,but lifting heavier.
you cant just lift heavy tho-despite what seem peeps appear to say.
start banging on a 1kg a week to your deads and squats whilst adding some extra calories,personally cos i have a shit appetite i`d increase cals by 250-300 a day and slowly build up total cals-just like you would be the bar poundage.
and dude i have a very fast metabolism

I think your are going to get a few post saying you need to get your diet sorted. There is a good bulking diet added as a sticky in the diet section. Why are you drinking dextrose in the evening?

i hear dextrose breaks down the protein quicker into your body, so why not do it at a better time than right before i go to sleep, considering my fast metabolism.


And yes if you have any suggestions mrhulahoop` about any diets my ears are open to you man.

and crazycal1` doesit matter what kind of food i eat to get those cals?

also im having a hard time filling in my upper and middle upper chest as well as my traps, any opinions on what type of workouts i can bang out to fill in those areas?

Before bed you dont want that dext because you want a protein source that is slowly released through the night not absorbed real quick, thats what you want after training

As for your chest do you do much incline work? i think you will get a full chest if you just keep at it, if you have only been training for a year

Eat every 2-3 hours. If you go into the diet section of this forum there is a post at the very top about diet for bulking and cutting. It is good...you will get plenty of info from that.

Dextrose is fast carbs so I see no reason why to take it any other time than immediately after a work out with creatine...dextrose causes the insulin spike which will enhance the uptake of creatine and protein and will help stop the catabolic state which your body is thrown into by your workout.

Caesin protein before bed...slow release protein to fuel you over night.

focus on youre squats deads bench press miltary press and chins(or any other good safe back exercise)

ok sounds good, how about mixing creatine with protein? iv read online and asked a couple of ongoing members at gyms and some say this and some say that, well you know how that works, so any opinions will appreciated, thanx once again.
