yes i actually do; this is my chest routine: incline: 1st set: 135 @ 12 reps 2nd set: 185 @ 10 reps 3rd set: 205 @ 8 reps 4th set: 225 @ 2 to 3 reps flat: 1st set: 135 @ 12 reps 2nd set: 205 @ 8 reps 3rd set: 225 @ 4 to 5 reps incline cable flys (based on a machine so the weight varies): 1st set: 65 @ 12 reps 2nd set: 85 @ 12 reps 3rd set: 100 @ 8 to 10 reps. decline: 1st set: 135 @ 10 reps 2nd set: 185 @ 8 reps 3rd set: 205 (or 225 based on how my muscles feel) 4 to 5 reps Thats my chest routine every monday. | Join Date: Mar 2007 Posts: 60 Rep Power: ![]() | i think he means just a cable machine not smith, anyway i wouldnt hit my chest 2 times a week if i were you. if you are doing it monday and friday u cant be hitting it that hard if you are fine to do it again monday from training friday. i would just do monday and do an incline barbel then flat dumbell and swap it round each week something like that |

| Join Date: Mar 2007 Posts: 10 Rep Power: ![]() | Here are my Maxes: flat Bench (1 rep clean): 260 lbs. incline Bench (1 rep clean): 230 lbs. deadlifts (1 rep clean): 300 lbs. squats (1 rep clean): 350 lbs. inside grip curl bar bicep raises (1 rep clean): 135 lbs. Im currently 21 years old living in NYC, turning 22 in april. Im not sure if its a good thing lifting so much, but I guess I possess that retarted strength. My muscles do not get fatigued at all and my muscle endurance (based on the remarks I get at the gym) is amazing. I need a very heavy workout that will fatigue my muscles to shame; cause I feel like I get a good (chest) workout but still can dish out about 50 push-ups later on that night.
