| unfortunately due to a holiday which i wasnt expecting i have 10 weeks to cut Normal Diet On Training Days 8.00 Wake Black Coffee 8.15 Cardio (40 minutes low intensity) 9.15 10 egg whites and 60g oats 392 calories 39g protein 45g carbs 2g fat 12.15 protein blend (bedtime extreme) and 30g oats 282 calories 37g protein 25g carbs 2g fat 1.45 train 2.45 PWO 50g whey and 2 weetabix 320 calories 33g protein 29g carbs 5g fat 3.45 PPWO 175g (uncooked weight) chicken breast and 60g wholemeal pasta 384 calories 46g protein 38g carbs 6g fat 6.45 150g lean red meat or salmon with 3 cups broccoli and a tablespoon of olive oil 399 calories 46g protein 5g carbs 23g fat 9.45 250g cottage cheese with 25g flax 372 calories 40g protein 20g carbs 14g fat 10.00 Bed Daily Totals Calories 2149 Protein 241g Carbs 162 g Fats 52g I plan to have a refeed day every fourth day and am doing 40 mins cardio 6 days out of the 7 so ill post up the results as i go along ______________________ Not try to outdo anyone else, just outdo yourself | |
