| Under Construction Join Date: Aug 2006 Posts: 89 Rep Power: ![]() | thx alot guys, ive been doing alot of cardio and keeping my carbs somewhat low and still doing weights 4 days a week. As for my problem areas ive just recently put back as my first training day followed my shoulders and tris the next day to give these muscles some more priority Any other suggestions on how to do this would be great thanks!
