Finally got a pic taken of me, and it was kind of accidental Its only a week old so its quite recent too. please be easy on me

looking good mate! keep up the good work!

decent amount of muscle with good shape and conditioning.

if your looking for suggestions for improvements:

more delts
back width
more triceps

this would balance out your physique alot!

but as i said your doing well as it is!

thx alot guys, ive been doing alot of cardio and keeping my carbs somewhat low and still doing weights 4 days a week.

As for my problem areas ive just recently put back as my first training day followed my shoulders and tris the next day to give these muscles some more priority


Any other suggestions on how to do this would be great thanks! ill try and get some more up of diff poses/angles too
