Default back - pre gear

this is my pre gear back. there is little significant definition. i hope to sculpt it a little with the constructive use of a little gear. i will post one of it more recently (i've done two very low voltage dbol cycles in 2 years).

my arms are spindly and seem very resistent to growth. whilst they seem able to support weight far beyond their appearance, they refuse to grow, even with gear added into the mix.

my back in this shot was lifting 180kg deadlifts (stiff legs, no straps, no belt) and performing weighted dips up to 60kg. since then i've developed nerve agitation in my lower back associated with shortening of the hamstrings, hip muscles and calves. i hope to use squats to counteract this problem along with specific stretching as my front/back strength is totally arse ended at the moment, excuse the pun. i weigh around 13.5 stone these days but was around 12.5 in this shot and 6ft tall. thankfully the gear did not make me grow any taller. hahaha.
