Im sure the others can give some good advice, i wont because i dont know much but I just wanted to comment to say you have a fine base to start with. ______________________ "Im hardly a bum im training to become an arctech" - wannabebig |

As its not a fat issue and you are young and growing fast, eat lots, train hard and rest loads, and you will get your results in no time. ______________________ - Obsession is what lazy people call dedication - |

Exercises where you can push / pull a lot of weight... and make sure you do the exercise properly Stay away from silly little exercises that you see other guys in the gym doing.... more than not they either don't know why they're doing the exercise - they saw someone else doing it and thought they'd do it too. You stick to the basic compound exercises for six months and you'll see who gets bigger and stronger. ...and enjoy it. |

Deadlifts, squats, bench press etc...in the gym we train at i think only a couple of guys do these types of exercise and you can actual see a difference in the type of frame they have compared to a lot of the others.
