You look bigger than 13 4 mate. Great arms and delts. How about some back and leg shots? What are your goals?

will try and get some shots for the end of the week. the gym i have to my self..

my goals would to one day hit a comp and make it worth while after all the work.

How comes you've got the gym to yourself? It's not your home gym surely?

How old are you mate and how long have you been training?

HELLO

Its as good as it was set up in work years ago and there is no one in the whole place that uses it only me and about 2 others.

hard to tell from those pics mate in all honesty..

you look good to me with some good muscle size/shape...

but to give you a proper honest opinion wed really need to see some decent pics from both front and back showing all body parts!

so get stripped down to your undies and start posing for the camera mate!!!
