being made unemployed so bought myself a home gym, lots of weights. also took 20 odd different supplements
creatine esther
L-glut
tib test
Noreteen Heavy and normal
green tea
fish oils
flaxseed oil
l-caratine
BC amino acids
Animal pack minerals and vitamins
Nitric oxide
fat stripper
hydroxycut
sodium piccolinate
weight gain
protein powders

Basically ate right. fresh fruit veg lots of. seed, nuts legumes etc. good fats and bio yoghurts.
probably taking in about 4500 calories a day for 5 weeks then dropped straight down to bout 1500 and took extra caffiene to keep my energy levels up (NO CARBS)

weights. 7 sets of 8 reps with 80% 1RM, 4 different exercises per body part.
30 mins cardio a day.

good progress, but imho u dont need all of those supplements. Its surprising what a clean diet can do to you.

eat plenty of fish ( salmon, tuna), lean meats ( turkey, chicken, lean beef, lean pork), nuts ( almonds etc) , peanut butter, healthy carbs (ive been eating yams, oatmeal, brown rice and other grains as my carbs). Skim milk, fat free cheese, omega 3 eggs, + protein and fat supplements.

But weight gainers AND fat burners?

Since ive been dieting like this i have lost my love handles and have made way for nice lean obliques and a six pack and was able to keep a large majority of my upper body and can now see more lines and veins. All this clean.

Anyways good job, just giving my opinion on all the supplements
