Default Back Shot

Right guys - For the last few months I've been trying to bring my back up, as it looked way behind everything else.

Heres a shot - can I have some feedback please. Be as brutal as you like; I need the opinions

I give up. I've spent over an hour getting one photo from "my photos" into photo bucket and now the link says its been moved. It was there 10minutes ago. I dont get this at all.

Is there a quicker way to get a photo up?

Looking lean and solid. I'm inclined to think that maybe your upper back needs some work, perhaps a lat spread or relaxed pose would show this more obviously? Keep it up...

Great to see a pic mate.

For some reason I really really didn't expect you to be a tattooed skinhead!

As razg said, need some back width i reckon, but really solid delts and arms, great stuff

Nick

Right - more width. Any suggestions guys?

Nick - I wouldn't classify myself as a skinhead either; I'm just old and bald

i think youll benefit from more width... wide grip pull downs.. pulling down past your chest!

and probably heavy seated rows too to bring out some more depth to the muscles!
