Yeah - calves shouldnt be a worry really.

Think I will need to spend most time on shoulders and back?

Not sure what kind of back your sporting, but yeah I see what you mean on shoulders. There doesn't seem to be any definition going in the lateral delt area... but they are big so I am im guessing when you cut up for the show they will come up.

You have good abs for someone who is not even cut.

Hi Zara,

You look quite lean and toned just now, so you have nothing to lose by having ago and trying to diet for a competition, you'll only get leaner and more defined, dieting can be hard but the results will speak from themselves...so have a bash and stay positive!!!

Cheers everybody.

Lee - early shows I think

Kirsten - hey, not spoken in ages! Nov would be too soon for me - want to put on some more muscle this year, but you should go for it! Pop into shop next time youre passing! Training at Gracemount Gym now so thats gotta help!

Splinter - my back is very strong compared to rest of my body, but I think its only my lower back (not bad a deadlifts, and there is more obvious muscle there) so working on upper and middle back more at the moment. Luckily shoulder day is my favourite! So hopefully I will see better delts over next few months? Abs are just that shape lol. Theyre that shape, but theyre not that hard if that makes sense? Used to do a very physical job so theyre just there. I never do any exercises for them as I hate it!!! I suppose maybe I should start.......... lol

Pscarb - next time I promise to smile - but I think I look goofy!! haha!

Quadzilla - I am one of those weird people who doesnt like food much!!! I dont eat enough because I find it terribly boring and have very little appetite! Am making a big effort to fix that at the moment as I am trying to build more muscle. The ther thing I shall have to do is cardio. Dreading that as I get sooooo bored.
