here is my second post in the pics section. just over a couple of months ago now that I put my first pics up. been on the new diet that pscarb recommended to me and things have been going great, really feel as tho I have added some good size, maybe lost a bit of definition on my abs although I hate to admit it lol haha. never mind thats bulking for ya.

Not sure the pics really show the difference to well but I've definately put on alot of weight on the scales anyway lol.

Good gains mate!!

Chest has got more shape and has increase in size!

So have the biceps and forearms!

You got some traps developing there as well!!

KEEP UP THE GOOD WORD!! For only 3 months progress v good!

cheers mate. have had a switch around with my training too. taken some very good advice from alot of different people on here and things are gooing well.

Yup deffo best way to progress find out what actually works from a few pro's instead of listening to the guys in the gym that seem to do every body part everyday!

Keep it up mark post more pics in another 3 months the we can do another comparison over the 6 month period!
