| Making Progress Join Date: Feb 2006 Location: UK Posts: 146 Rep Power: ![]() | here is my second post in the pics section. just over a couple of months ago now that I put my first pics up. been on the new diet that pscarb recommended to me and things have been going great, really feel as tho I have added some good size, maybe lost a bit of definition on my abs although I hate to admit it lol haha. never mind thats bulking for ya. Keep it up mark post more pics in another 3 months the we can do another comparison over the 6 month period! |
