everything looks in proportion bro....except for the chest and legs. No worries tho, I am sure you will get significant chest growth once you start up with this new training partner you've told me about. Quad definition looks great, a bit more bulk tho possibly...? Remember, everybody has weak points.....I am the exact opposite of you whereas my chest responds well but I need to hit my arms a bit hard to see any growth whatsoever...

take advantage of your new spot to get that chest shocked into growth!

oh, and these vids don't do you justice in the vascularity department....in person your veins look fu*king sick! :shock:

What were your overall gains in weight lifts and measurements.

You have definitely made progress not sure you were ready to use gear yet though but each to their own.

Oh i gained. around 20lbs bout 2 inches around overall..

looking pretty big mate. one thing, your tri's dont seem to be very developed. correct me if im wrong but im fair sure tri's are a bigger muscle than bi's and some hard work on then would make your arms look even bigger?

good point mate.. im not sure what I can do.. i just go heavy on push downs...mybe i need another menu.
