Good improvements. IMO the best way for you to lean out is to add some more LBM first. Keep your diet sensible, no more than 300-500kcals over maintenance, and you'll slowly add muscle - if you stop gaining, it might be time to add a little more, etc.

This way you avoid the yoyo dieting of bulk/cut/bulk/cut.

significant improvements !!

I am 100% behind the idea to scrap the fat burning you wanna do, it will only hinder your gains, you don't have any fat anyway !!

Just make sure even more scrupulously that there isn't a time when you go longer than 2 hours without protein, and dont train cardio too high intensity, and this should hopefully kick cortisol and stave off muscle wastage.

Nick, you say i have no fat but thats kind of the idea. as im not a fat person at all anyway (BFP about 11%) then in theory, i should be able to get the defenition i want very quickly and hopefuly it wont affect my muscle too much.

Thanks for the tips though guys, ill see how it all goes.

you have a good point there.

cutting should be quite easy for you, just keep that protein intake high

Nick
