Default First timer

Hi all, thought i would post a pic of myself after 2 months of trying to build myself up. This is my first post so please be nice
I have taken prolean for a month and apart from that gone the gym 3 times a week. Want advice on how i look so far. I am 21 and weight about 15 stone. I need to loose weight and am starting cutting up soon for when i go on holiday. I have got 21 1/2 inch arms so far, is that big?

I know its only the top half but i just got out of the shower, i have got a bit of a belly and need to cut up but just trying to bulk at the moment.

Let me know if the attachment doesn't work properly, never done this before

Here is the link

You've got a good base to work with. With a good training program and diet you could amaze yourself and others with your results. Keep up the hard work, and I wish you success at your goals.

Hi gman, welcome to the site. just veiw your current physique as a starting point. you'll be amazed how far you can take it with hard work and dedication. stay focused and keep in mind your goal wether it be gaining, losing whatever. A lot of people don't honestly believe they can build a large muscular physique, but i believe, almost everyone has the potential, most just lack the work ethic. There's a lot of VERY knowledgable guys and girls on here who will be able to point you in the right direction as far as training and diet is concerned, so by picking their brains you'll save yourself from making rookie mistakes, so ask away.

p.s your arm measurement isn't supposed to be a sum total of both arms.

Hi bodyworks

i need to sort myself out with a good diet and training progam.
Hopefully i'll read through the threads and sort something out for myself.

My arm measurement is 21 1/2 on the right and 21 on the left not 21 together.

Hi mate

By the looks of your photo your arm measurement is probably around 15 1/2 - 16.... your definitely not measuring right. These arms are about 21: http://members.aol.com/bigpopp225/priest37.jpg

good luck finding a good routine, shouldnt have to look too far !

Nick

Welcome on bord gman1532

TBH, your arms don't look 21in: maybe you could post a pic with a tape mesure around your bicep...
