i'll see if i can get a good leg shot - firstly they are lacking secondly they are scarred and thirdly they are really hairy !!!!

Thanks all for comments, jarman i'm trying deperately to cut I think it'll be a good 10 - 12 weeks more though to achieve what I want !!

I'm 5'9 height, currently 14 stone 10 (down from 15 stone 11 bulk), arms 18in.

Cut going well , but still loads of mass which is good ,arms look especially big and Upper back aswell.
