Jesus, looking much bigger Tom. Wierdly your lats don't look as big (which is odd given how strong you are on pull-ups, etc).

No I'm just shit at doing lat spreads LMAO I'll send you all the pics theres around 20 or so some show them well a lot were too dark. The one that shows my lats best also shows pretty bad skin so I thought I'd spare everyone that one

Are you planning on using anything in addition to B-5 for acne, or is this not a problem for you? Just curious, because I started my first cycle not too long ago and my upper arms are starting to break out a quite a bit :shock:
