i'm happy, this forum is nice, i have 24 years.
I have start Body 2003 the weight is 65Kgs, actually i'm a 85Kgs...by

2003

2004

2005 start

2005 end noel

2006 start

2006 currently

Good progress bro, you're definately getting bigger - just keep adding the mass!

A quick hint -> actuellement = currently/now (not actually)
