| Join Date: Dec 2003 Posts: 0 Rep Power: ![]() | i,ve been currently doing 40 minutes pre workout morning and 30 minutes every night. even on non training days, its working great, aint lost very much strength, and my guts just getting tinier and tinier. sweat loads though, its the first time i have really done this much cardio, and i am very impressed with the results |
